With the World Physiotherapy Congress just around the corner, we took a look at our time at the 2023 World Physiotherapy Congress.

In 2023, Sandra Gluppe won the PEDro award for best randomised controlled trial: ‘Curl-up exercises improve abdominal muscle strength without worsening inter-recti distance in women with diastasis recti abdominis postpartum: a randomised controlled trial’

There was a networking event for PEDro volunteers and contributors to meet each other in-person.

And we had a great time meeting people throughout the congress at the PEDro booth.
