Relembrando os 15 melhores ensaios clínicos publicados desde 2014

Em 2014, quando o PEDro comemorava seu 14 aniversário, nós decidimos identificar os 15 ensaios clínicos mais importantes em fisioterapia. Nós adicionamos mais 5 ensaios clínicos à esta lista para celebrar o vigésimo aniversário do PEDro. Coletivamente, estes estudos serão chamados ‘os 20 melhores ensaios clínicos do PEDro’.

Em 2019, revisitamos os 15 melhores ensaios clínicos em fisioterapia publicados antes de 2014. Criamos um vídeo curto para sumarizar os resultados do:

  • Olsen et al (2005) que avaliou os efeitos do exercício para prevenir lesões do membro inferior em atletas de categorias inferiores
  • Bø et al (1999) que avaliando exercícios do assoalho pélvico para incontinência urinária de estresse em mulheres
  • Machado et al (2010) que avaliando o método McKenzie para dor lombar aguda
  • Mosforth et al (1958) que investigando o efeito da estimulação elétrica para Paralisia de Bell
  • Beurskens et al (1995) que avaliando a eficácia da tração para dor lombar não específica.
