Infographic: systematic review found that exercise training for people with fibromyalgia may reduce pain and depression and improve health-related quality of life

Last month we summarised the systematic review by Couto et al. The review concluded that exercise training for people with fibromyalgia may reduce pain and depression and improve health-related quality of life, compared to usual care. The certainty of evidence was rated as very low.
